We use diamond-blade concrete saws to cut a precise trench through the existing slab, excavate the underlying base, install the channel grid with solid PVC discharge piping, and pour a fresh concrete collar around the new trench so it ties seamlessly into your existing hardscape.
For standard residential driveways where cars, SUVs, and light trucks drive over the grate, a Class B (up to 174 psi / 27,500 lbs) load-rated grate is ideal. If your driveway experiences heavy commercial traffic, delivery trucks, or large RVs, we step up to Class C or Class D heavy-duty ductile iron grates to ensure zero bending or structural cracking under weight.
Our trench systems utilize slotted or decorative grates designed to block large leaves and twigs while allowing water to drop through. Inside the channel end-cap or inline junction box, an integrated sediment trap basket captures fine debris.
